	Our Family. . .
		Jim Nahas (Owner) Jim began his produce career over 30 years ago when he first came to California. His passion for the strawberry industry began on his fist day of work. Over the years he honed his skills in every aspect of the business. Today, he starts each morning in the fields, meeting with growers, discussing quality issues and packaging requirements of each grower. His dedication to berries keeps his days long and arduous. After working more than 25 years for others in the industry, he began Success Valley Produce with a 40 acre operation which has now become more than 700 acres in just a few short years. Sam Nahas (Sales Manager) Sam started his career in the produce business as a field inspector and worked through the ranks to find his position on the sales desk. He has been selling produce for over ten years. Sam is responsible for day-to-day sales and is available 24 hours a day for whatever concerns you may have. Backus Nahas (Domestic & International Sales) Backus joined the family business in January of 2005. He has been focusing his efforts over the past decade on international sales. He has utilized his export marketing skills to develop a top-notch export program. Additionally, he has worked on new business development and growth here in North America. Marcoelle Nahas-Monahan (Office Manager) Marcoelle has been with Success Valley Produce since inception. She is the backbone of our office. She is involved in all our office functions. She is in charge of all grower accounting and deals directly with Jim on all financial issues. We were all raised with a strong work ethic and a traditional belief in honor and integrity. It is visible in all aspects of our business from production through distribution.
